How long does it take to produce a training video?
Standard turnaround is 2–3 business days for Basic and Enhanced tiers. Enterprise packages with custom visuals or multilingual versions typically take 5–7 business days. Rush turnaround is available as an add-on — 24 hours for Basic, 48 hours for Enhanced.
What do I need to provide?
At minimum, a script or outline and any slides or images you want used. For branded videos, provide your logo and brand colors. We handle narration, timing, music, export, and packaging. If you only have a rough outline, add Script Rewriting to your order and we'll take care of the rest.
Can you produce training videos in multiple languages?
Yes. Multilingual versions are included on the Enterprise tier and available as a $20-per-language add-on on Enhanced. We currently support English, Spanish, Chinese, French, German, Portuguese, Japanese, and additional languages on request.
Is my training content kept private?
Yes. VimEcho Studio produces videos offline — your scripts and proprietary training material are never uploaded to external cloud servers during production. Your content stays on our local production machine throughout the process.
